NFS16.exe has stopped working

Hello, My report case is  0b0e2cf570007b93 if you need it. Anyway Need for Speed 2016, just downloaded and installed and it always crash while I launch it. So I cannot use it. My PC is a Hi End i7...

    I FOUND A SOLUTION. Pardon me the CAPS!

    I followed your guide to do a clean boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    And magically it worked for both games, Unravel and NFS.

    I will investigate further which program/service was making problems....

Right click the following setup files and run as Administrator:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x64.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x86.exe

Sometimes, especially with Windows 10 these secondary installs can be skipped during game setup/installation.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reply, I appreciated it.

    Unfortunately it did not work.

    I did as you suggested. Since it was already installed, I was asked to Repair it. I did the repair. Try to launch again NFS16.exe and it crashed again. So I uninstalled the Redistribuitable C++ Runtime, both of them and install them again, but NFS16.exe still crashes as soon as I launch it.

    Also Unravel does not launch. I do not know if it is related. My PC is brand new, new windows 10 installation.
