NFS:HP (LE) "this code has already been redeemed" but game is not in library
I have an old CD copy of Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010). I used the "redeem product code" tool to enter the code which appears on the game manual... it seemed to be confirmed but the game never appeared as "owned" in my game library. I attempted to enter the code again and it says that "this code has already been redeemed." I am unable to install from the disc because windows 10 will not recognize it due to obsolete DRM. Is there a known solution to this issue or some way for EA to check it on their end?
