NFS:MW and Tocaedit camera mod.

Just got this a week ago and have been unable to play due to the available camera views. I can't use chase cam and the bumper cam is too low and makes it too hard to see when driving fast. Would using the camera mod violate any ToS rules and get my Origin account banned or anything nasty? I don't play against other people online, I just want to be able to make it easier for myself. If I can't use it is there any chance that a patch could be released with extra camera views? Good game but lacking a hood view makes it unplayable for me.
