If they want to kill the game, congratulations.
They better not put this in the game. I was already disappointed when they announced speed cards, i preferred unlocking performance parts the old fashioned way. first no free roam pursuit and now this?

I saw that you could buy the same type of parts from shops but the inventory is random just like the speed cards. i wish all the parts were unlock-able as you progressed. there could be a middle ground have all the parts purchasable but have the bonuses on part only available as speed cards
