The “Neon Nights” event is coming up in 3 days and the only way to get BP’s is to spend a bunch of gold I don’t have or ??? I just got this 1-star car and can’t do anything about it. What’s the point...

Keep doing UGR's and you'll eventually get the BP's - it definitely takes a lot longer to level up some cars than others. Also, keep an eye out for replay-race days where you can get around 9 BP's from campaign replay races for the car.
