Nissan skyline 2000gt-r abandoned car is not showing up

Summarize your bug The abandoned Nissan skyline 2000gt-r will not show up nor has it ever in my ps4 I've bought the speed cross dlc and everything the Mazda rx7 appeared just fine but when you guys released the gtr 2000 it never appeared and I play everyday so knowing you give like a week to find it I'm not sure how I've missed it

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just start the game up and go drive around under or near the big bridge in the canyon area on the northeast portion of the map is suppose to appear near an rv
What happens when the bug occurs? Well the abandoned skyline 2000gt-r doesn't appear
What do you expect to see? The 2000 gtr waiting for me like the Mazda rx7 was I know you must complete the Chase after to obtain the car but the car doesn't appear at all on the map to even get to the Chase race

Not sure what else to include other then my copy of the game was purchased through the psn store so it's a digital copy other then that the only other thing I could think of was maybe me purchasing and installing the speed cross dlc may have interfered with the abandoned skyline appearing on the map
