No Audio in Game - NFS Most Wanted

Whenever I try to run NFS:MW it starts up perfectly but has no audio at all.
I have tried repairing the installation several times, and the same with reinstalling the game. I have updated my Audio driver and double checked that the game is not muted in the Volume Mixer.

This is the only origin game I have installed that has this problem and any kind of fix that people suggest would be greatly appreciated.
