So, you know how in Payback when you make the off-road super build, it gives you access to light bars and things? They aren't there in Heat, but here's the thing: other cars have them. Ones that I have seen personally are the 240zg and 1965 Mustang. So why not have the off road parts for the Beetle so we can have baja bug builds?
You can do that already in another game The Crew 2 with the Golf GTI car in the raid set up.

However, I do agree we should be able to do a bunch of things with our cars that just we just can't do.
That's what we get with a low budget created the game from EA who cares more about profit VS reliability and function of the game for the community!
