No pursuit in free roam?

This topic made to improve game 

All of us know there is no any cops in free roam

Need for speed collection is very famous for its cops and cool pursuit 

This collection pursuit is very charm and challenging

So you know what we want to add 

just add pursuit system to free roam

make it challenging with 6 heat level 

Level 1: basic

Level 2 : roadblock 

Level 3 : stronger cops + roadblock (NFS payback or the run system)

Level 4 : spike.... + roadblock(NFS payback or the run system) + gun

Level 5 : spike... + roadblock (NFS payback or the run system) + helicopter + gun + stronger cops

Level 6 : spike... + roadblock(NFS payback or the run system) + helicopter + gun + s.w.a.t + rocket!!

(This is just idea so take it as an idea) it is very challenging so add some settings to change difficulty 

But someone don't like pursuit 

They are right because imagine you want to around the world but cops see you and you have escape from the cops 

So please add on/off setting to turn pursuit off or on.

About bait crate ? Well you can remove the cops and replace the house as enemies
