The player posting on the following thread got around this by not overclocking their hardware, are you overclocking (manual or factory OC)?

Are you sure none of your hardware is factory overclocked?
Posting your Dxdiag report may be helpful, thanks.

Check what mode your monitor is set to and try resetting its default settings. Are you connecting the monitor via HDMI?
Also, run your video driver setup again but this time, choose custom/advanced install and deselect the optional 3D and GeForce Experience components and also select the option for Clean Install.
Retry playing at that point and let us know what happens, thanks.
I have the same problem, my monitor is connected by a DisplayPort, and about the OC, will you guys fix in the next patch??
re-install the driver as advised, change monitor connection to DVI. but no luck, still the same.....BTW, i am using Logitech G710+ keyboard.

Can you temporarily disable your antivirus software and also perform a clean boot as follows and then retry, thanks.
I did the clean boot, It worked!!!
A couple of thing that can be the problem: Geforce Experience or EVGA PrecisonX.
Beacuse looks like the problem is related to an overlay system, like something is in front of the game screen.
