Not getting rewards for activities / collectibles completion

I’ve seen people saying you must complete a level 5 high heat race and successfully return to the garage as a “fix”. I’ve tried this multiple times, with the pista, with no success. Very frustrating. Please fix this sharpish. 

I have the same problem too, I even took some screenshots and can prove it. It looks like I have collected the bilboards on the map and also while driving around but inside collections tab in the menu it shows as not collected.

The problem on my side is that i have the car but not the parts and can't get it from heat 5 or 3

What car were you using? Subaru Impreza
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Community Build
What was the last event you played? no event, i went to collect flamingos, billboards and street art in order to get 100% completion for all races
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? complete all the collectives for unlocking the Ferrari, black tire smoke and the rainbow nitrous
What happens when the bug occurs? not being able to see black tire smoke nor rainbow nitrous in my 'effects' menu and not being able to equip it
What do you expect to see? i expect to see black tire smoke in my tire smoke menu and rainbow nitrous in my nitrous colour menu, all under 'effects' menu

I have played the game for a week now expecting it to randomly pop up, i have completed multiple heat level 3 and 5 races and even finished all story mission, but no black tire smoke and rainbow nitrous. I have also played both online and solo mode. Since the bug, i probably put about 20-30 hours into the game.

I have played the game for one week now after the bug appeared, i finished multiple heat 3 races and heat 5 races and tried to do it both being connected to online and solo mode, nothing helped. i put around 20-30 hours into the game after the bug appearance

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After collecting all the collectibles and it doesnt show in your customization

What happens when the bug occurs?  I cannot get a 100% reward

What do you expect to see? Rewards"If you're happy and you know it" horn, rainbow nitrous and black tire smoke 

I played dozens of Heat 5 night games, and according to the forum solution, I still have not been helped ☹️

This is a fair question. I hope this is not a matter of luck. If it is not an individual case, please do not ignore it.
