Not receiving rewards for 100%-ing all districts

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug I have completed all activities and collected all collectibles in the game, but I only received the Ferrari 488 Pista as the reward, not the rainbow nitrous, black tire smoke, or the “if you’re happy and you know it” horn.
What car were you using?
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community?
What was the last event you played?
Was it a day or a night event?
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure how to find this bug, it may have been dumb luck for me
What happens when the bug occurs? Do not receive 3/4 rewards: Black tire smoke, rainbow nitrous, and special horn
What do you expect to see? Black tire smoke, rainbow nitrous, and special horn unlocked

I would love to send a video or maybe some pictures, but there’s not enough space to attach more than 2 images or a 30 second video, so if there’s any other way to show proof i would like to show and resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

    @Tsuideru Nvm fixed the issue: You gotta win a Heat 5 competition during Night Mode. When you get back to the garage with your volatile parts, you'll get the Horn, Black tire smoke and rainbow nitrous

    I’m having the same problems used the McLaren f1 and haven’t gotten my rewards sadly

    Hey dudes

    Completed Heat 5 event and made it back to a safe house but the rest of the rewards were not there -_-

    Any ideas?

    Same problem on PS4, i even got platinum on the game and i lost count of how many times I completed chases and still nothing.

    1 mil trophy bugged too, did 1mil and 10k, when i got back home it said i have 995k! Have it on video.

    And the new event 2nd to last challenge on mclaren u need to win gazelle at full hp. It was failing for me and worked with lower hp.

    I have this issue, non of the posted fix's work have done several high heat races going on day 6 of trying different things and I dice this needs fixed

    Got this problem too. Done everything for almost 2 weeks and still got nothing other than the Pista =((

    I see the solution, but do you have to “win?” Like be in 1st place, or just finish in the top 5 like you have to do to get the ultimate + part?

    Same for me, got the pista but nothing else.  Also did not recieve the steel blue smoke for 100% activities completed.  Bummer!  My guess is I completed it on line and during the server closing soon notification was posted. Although I did save before it crashed.

    Sucks that this bug still exists in March, and I have yet to get my other rewards, so I'm just sitting here patiently with my 488 Pista but missing everything else

    Summarize your bug I have completed everything in the districts I got all 3 stars on drift zones, speed traps and, long jumps. Collected every single flamingo, billboard and spray cans in the game. 100% completed of all districts and still haven’t been awarded my rainbow nitros and if you’re happy and you know it horn and the black tire smoke....

    What was the last event you played? Heat level 5
    Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Geeee, idk... stop being lazy and update the game so we can get our stuff
    What happens when the bug occurs? You don’t get your stuff....
    What do you expect to see? FOR YOU GUYS TO FIX THE BUG...

    Everyone says complete heat 5 race to fix the bug bt it doesnt work for me , i have won several heat 5 races and heat 3 races safely returned to garage still no black tire smoke or rainbow nitrous, how do i fix this?
