The patch was included in the game update yesterday for PC. I am currently collecting here the firsts feedback on this for PC users.
But indeed it is on the same game update (available on Origin.)

Is this going to be the last update/patch we'll see before the end of the year?
Edit: Nvm, seems the game just drops heavier in fps when all settings are standard (and v-sync isn't forced off) making it appears like the game is running at 30 fps constantly.

what? you get a 30fps cap with SLI and v-sync?

I got an ATI crossfire here. With the update I'm getting vsynced. Not sure if I did before but I swore I got 60-90 fps in some scenes. Now I'm capped at 60fps.

I'm on ATI and I'm still getting the equivalent of 100% of one GPU divided by all three cores... average of 33% usage per GPU. Is the same thing nVidia SLI users see (ie ~50% usage/core with two GPUs, ~33% GPU usage with three cores etc.) or is it a different problem?
Because the game's still slow as hell on my rig and basically flatlines @ 33% the entire game.
Are you sure? My single gtx460 won't go past 50% load..

Geforce GTX590 here (SLI in one card), I installed the patch.. The frame rates are lousy and it is not using card #1. When I look at monitoring, it says GPU#1 0%-3% and GPU#2 is doing all the work. I installed the latest drivers (310.70) and discovered the profile for this game was set to SINGLE GPU. I changed it manually to "FORCE ALTERNATE FRAME RENDERING 2" and it is now using both GPUs.
As other have seen it tends to use each GPU on average around 50% of the time but I have seen both at 60%-80% so there is some improvement.
I was able to get 60fps in certain spots but not consistently, and it didn't matter if I turned the res down to 1280x720 either.
Overall, making progress and I hope others can benefit from the fix. Seems for some reason there might be some concern as to why NVIDIA sets it to SINGLE GPU by default....
I have a 2 NVIDIA GTX 560 SLI.
Yes, this patch made my two cards now working together, that is perfectly right...
--- BUT ---
There is no graphical performance improvement because the 2 GPU are stucked at about 50 % each.
This is strictly equivalent to a single GPU working at 100%
This is almost equivalent to the performances before the patch....
--- CONCLUSION ---
Maybe this game is now "SLI friendly" (it does not crash i mean... and there is a new nice green line on the nvidia inspector...)
But what we are looking for is a "SLI optimized" release that worth the money we paid for...
--- QUESTION ---
Do you plan a SLI optimized patch ?
Thanks

I ran everything maxed out with a GTX 480 SSC SLI under water as well with a i7 980 Cpu but SLI doesn't work for me either but I got to pkay around 45-60fps I hope they release a patch soon and 3D is awful too...
