One Thing That Would Make the Game Unplayable
One major problem, that I hope is not in Payback but was in 2015, was rubber banded AI. This made the opponents virtually unbeatable. I really hope Payback does not have this at launch.

rubber banding still exists and it always has existed in racing games including Forza.
In 2015 it was unbearable. In Forza its a challenge and you are still able to win. Plus, Forza has different levels of AI. With 2015 you'd be a mile ahead in a 1100 HP Lamborghini and you'd get passed up by a 500 HP Civic that was 1 mile behind you. I don't want that kind of rubber banded AI.
