Op shaw "impossible to kill"
While playing one of the campaign missions "got my back" you have to take down shaw and no matter what I do I do no damage to him at all. And i have tired it 5 times and always fail. Needs to be fixe...

I had the same issue but there is a way to beat him.
Ana will turn at the very last moment, and shaw will be surprized. This moment, you can crash into him and deal huge damage.
Don't try to wreck in straight line. Beat him at the second try.
i had trouble with this guy, there is a auxillary you can purchase that increases the damage you deal when you crash into things and also one to increase the damage your car can take, however yea shaw is pita
Did this one first try and in 2 hits. Just wait for the corners, he turns late, and drive full speed into the side of his car.
Currently level 23, I never bother with Heat level 3, as soon as I get close I just head back to a safe house and reset. The risk for Heat 3 is too high to make it worthwhile.
