operation error 1311705097

When i try to make a crew it just gives me the Message Operation Error 1311705097 any fix to it or is it just not possible to create crews anymore?

need for speed heat

    Hello @ras10069,

    You should try reinstalling your game, also check that you have left the beginner crew.

    This is a known issue that is hard to fix since there is no general solution.
