Hi, I have been playing NFS Rivals for awhile and now realise that my Origin Account is linked to the wrong Gamertag. Its linked to a 'PoppyTarsier338' whom I have no idea about. You can refer to the attached image. I have tried to change the email address but it requires me to log into the stranger's email account. How can I link the account back to my GamerTag which is 'kachang90' ?

For future posts if I was you I would try to hide personal information such as date of birth, specifically your email address, from public forums.

To Unlink a gamertag from your origin account you have to Contact an EA Advisor, follow these steps to contact one,
1) Please navigate to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin
2) Please now press Start a New Case
3) Select the appropriate platform
4) Once the Correct Platform is Selected Click Next
5) Select the Relevant topic and briefly describe the issue then press 'Next'
6) Select your preferred contact method, I recommend a call back.
7) An EA Advisor will speak to you about your issue.
Also in the future be very careful regarding what you post online as anyone can see it.
