Origin says activate product i dont have any key on the dvd cover/manual ?? help

NEED FOR SPEED 2016 PC Origin says Activate Product Even i dont have any key on manual/dvd cover?? Pls Helppp!!

    If you purchased a physical copy of the game then you should have gotten a Product Code.

    Please contact your retailer to obtain the Product Code you purchased but did not receive.
