Origin Stuck in Infinite Loading Screen

This is day 3 of trying to get into my Origin app, I've seen comments on here telling people to clear their cache but how am I supposed to do that if the app wont even load? I've tried doing that on the origin website bit that doesnt work either. I cant even play NFS Heat because everytime I start it up on steam it just shuts down, I cant even get a refund because I've got 4 hours on the game. I just want to play some NFS, I'm not trying to deal with this annoying rubbish.

Can anyone help?

I'm not that versed in doing the technical stuff on a computer so I'll need a more detailed explanation on what I'm supposed to do.
