EDIT : This would make the game much more competitive from a PR standpoint with vehicles. A 250 PR 180sx could easily take down a 400 PR 180sx just off of better driving and deception. *** ALSO, MAP KNOWLEDGE. Encouraging players to explore the map and find "go-to" spots to lose the other driver and or make it difficult to keep up.
Outrun: They'd have to do something about the traffic first, otherwise outrun would become destruction derby fairly quickly.
On the NFS Underground 2 tuning, this game needs it badly, but even that would be a, iffy at best improvement with the current handling model.
