Overwatch Challenge Can't unlock cars

I had unlocked the Maserati but it never showed upp sadly. However, last night I found out that it was back in the garage again, sadly though I have no idea what caused it to unlock itself again.
The team is looking at this issue - As soon as an update is available, we will post a message here:

I bought the game a few days ago. I am level 50 Overwatch, I drove the Bentley (both Patrol and Enforcer) and it locked itself after restarting the game.
This issues hasn't been fixed yet, on August 2014.

suuuuuuuuuuuuure, I had this issue on PS3, as well as on PS4 and nobody cares, still nothing.............

i payed 30€ for this game, or is it to must to ask to fix this probelem?

EA sells this product with the error for three years.
I e-mailed to the customer support but they said they can not fix it.
