Partial Audio - No Subtitles during cutscenes
PC - STEAM
In the open world and racing, everything sounds fine.
As soon as the game enters a cutscene, the audio goes out and subtitles disappear.
Only thing I can hear is background world sounds (traffic, car idling, ambient noise).
Things I've already tried:
Drivers are up to date
Windows Sonic (Spatial sound) is off
Used Wireless and Wired headphones, as well as speakers.
Verified integrity of game files
Changed Volume sliders around in settings
Changed Resolutions / Ran game in FullScreen, Windowed and Borderless
UPDATE:
Uninstalled / Reinstalled the game and no change
It wouldn't be so bad if the subtitles at least worked.
