[PC] How to move game progress from one computer to another?

I would have thought that my game progress would be stored in Autolog. However, after installing NFS HP on a new computer, it started me off with all the tutorials (which, by the way are really slow and obnoxious, there needs to be a way to skip them). Anyhow It started me at level 1. On my older computer, I am like level 10 ☹️. Since it doesn't appear to be saved in Autolog, what files do I need to copy to migrate my game status between PCs?

• How long you have had the game for: I have had it for a long time, since at least 2013
• A detailed description of the issue: migrating from one computer to another, lost game progress

• The date that the issue started to occur: last night (2015-07-20)
