PC Issue - Map doesn't load in time

So, I've been playing NFS through Origin Access and this bug has already occured 7 times in a matter of 2 hours.

Basically, the map doesn't load in time when I'm driving. It appears to happen in a few specific areas.

Here are 5 videos of it happening.

PC Specs:

Intel i5 4590

Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB

8GB of RAM

Win 8.1

  • The problem is finally solved with me! I have today written to the EA Support and the following are told.

Launches Need for Speed in compatibility mode.
    1. Right click on NFS shortcut on your desktop.
    2. Click on Properties.
    3. Click on the Compatibility tab
    4. Select Windows 7 from.
If you already use Windows 7, you need not to do.

    Uses CCleaner.
Here you have an accurate guide as you have to proceed. http://help.ea.com/in/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/

Turn off Shaodwplay. (If you use a Nvidia graphics card)
    1. Open Nvidia Experience
    2. Click (top right) on Shadowplay
    3. Click on the button, so it no longer lights up.

Finally, you must still reboot your PC

I hope I could help you!

This is what happens when you put everything on the damn cloud. I have the processor power and I"m working with 16GB of ram. I don't have Invidia but I don't need it as I'm happy to sacrifice the non-essentials.

The problem is still in 2020 and I have a rly rly good gaming pc and it still happens I hope this Tread helps me I really hope. For you EA (Challenge everything!)

  • I put the game on ssd and it started loading roads fast enough, even the normal textures

  • I had the same issue, i have a pretty decent AMD Ryzen 3 PC that can run most modern NFS games with no problems and knowing that the entire time i just had to run the game in compability mode makes me feel dumb because i tried everything but compability mode because of me not seeing it as a solution, i tried everything from messing with the game files, settings and launch commands, my power plan settings and so on.
