(PC) NFS Heat CTD

Question

Game keeps crashing to desktop. I've excluded it in my anti-virus, I'm launching it as administrator. I have nothing else turned on besides Origin. I keep trying to launch it from the .exe on desktop, as well as from Origin. It keeps crashing. Blackscreen then crash. I've played the game a couple of times yesterday and the day before that. Crashes happened then as well but I still managed to get into the game. Today it refuses to launch completely. Restarted Origin, restarted my PC - nothing helps.

16GB Ram

1080 GTX Gigabyte G1 8GB

Windows 10 Home

Drivers are up-to-date.

Check for any Windows Updates that may have occurred in the last day or so and if uninstalling those has any effect.

No windows updates. The game was running almost fine the last couple of days with occasional crashes. Now it just stopped running completely.

Up. The problem is s till persistent. Reinstalled the game, it launched fine once and afterwards it started to crash on launch again.
