Do you have another keyboard you can try with?
If not, check if there is any driver update available for your keyboard.
- Press Windows key + X, select device manager
- Locate your Keyboard device, right click and select properties
- Click on the drivers tab and select update driver.
If there is a numeric pad on your keyboard; sometimes '9' key is the shortcut for page Up.
