when i go to multiplayer in nfs most wanted 2012 in my pc. it shows that i must be logged in to ea servers . but i dont know how to log in

I tired much time contact EA Help. No Help! I need All Unlink in EA Account and Too Delete EA Account. I did finish New with PSN and Ea Account and Success Multiplayer but use Keep my PSN not work cant enter multiplayer. NOW I can't play with NFS and Star Wars BF 2 online.
