The EA Support has a Twitter Account. I sent them the link to this thread. They were answering the problems minutes and seconds before my tweet and they answered the problems minutes and hours after my tweet.
And they completely ignored my tweet...

While you're on Twitter just keep posting warnings to people not to buy the game as EA have not even come close to delivering what they promised in all the promotions for the game. If we keep dissing the game on Twitter and Facebook they will take notice eventually.
I think that is what we need to do....everyone must go to twitter and diss the game so that people don't buy then EA will fix its crap!
Only EA is where you pay for games, and get NO support whatsoever!

Mind linking me to your Twitter post? I'm gonna post on there too, and if we can get everyone to spam it with this issue, they should reply eventually.
If not, I'll just forward the link on to Game sites like Polygon and CVG. Start getting some coverage on the issue
