@Shaal The performance rating does not decide who the winner is. Just because you have a car of a higher performance rating than your opponent, you will not necessarily win all the time. Example: I beat a Porsche RSR with a higher performance rating than my Evo IX. His car had better acceleration than mine's but as we approached a hairpin curve, I was a little bit better than him at drifting and I eventually won.
