They will be doing a progression patch that will make the tune up shops stock higher level parts so it will be easier to upgrade your car to 299 or 399. I also feel there should be more 399 level cars. Maybe pay and extra fee in in game currency so that way you can upgrade to full 399 on all cars.
@XGCSith yup i agree with you , their should option for lower end cars ( level 299 ) to upgrade it to level 399 by paying extra game currency . Because if you can make derelict cars to level 399 then why not lower end cars by paying extra in game currency 🙂
