How do i redeem the platinum car pack on pc?

    i solved my issue, sadly it was missing since the 3rd party website forgot to give the code to me.

    I have the same problem too, just contacted the customer service. Hoping to get it tomorrow

    Status update: Got the DLC code. I bought it from a 3rd party store too, and they forgot to send the code for the DLC.

    If you have bought it from a 3rd party site, I highly recommend contacting customer service.

    I have the pre ordered version,i have the cars and ive used them all but now it is saying i cant take the cars out of the garage as i dont have the platinum car pack whihc i obviously do,remember putting the code in..any ideas ?

    Hi we had this too we ordered from Game and then received a code afterwards - but don't know what to do with it! Can you let me know what to do with the code please? (Christmas Present!) Thank you!
