Please add option to remove before/after race custcene

Honestly I'm sick of watching the same intro over and over again. - when guy recording your car before race - when main character looking at phone at end Maybe it's not a big deal but it's little ...

@itsTylerkun Hit enter once and you will see a skip option and then hit enter again to skip. PC user so not sure if that is the case for everyone.

Yes, but the skip is annoying and with the cutscene, it would save at least 4 seconds due to loading.
