Please assist on activating my old PC DVD rom + Need for speed most wanted

I have recently wanted to replay a game that i have bought a long time (hard copy).
Need for speed most wanted, PC DVD rom.
I have bought this in 2012
In 2020, i have requested activation codes, as i have changed my PC (case 6733678). Activation code was arranged from the chat team without any evidence.
Today, i have new laptop with no dvd (as the case with most modern laptops). So, i have returned back to the chat team to assist. The chat representative requested evidence including the invoice of the game purchase.
I have the original dvd case with the serial number and the dvd rom. I can send photos of this. However, i do not hold a copy of the purchase invoice.
In that case the chat representative requested to post the issue in the forum and one of the managers of ea may see it and reply.
Key points
1. I have the original game case (dvd rom, leaflet and serial no. ).
2. I have always played the game from the same email which is linked with the my account.
3. In 2020 i have received activation codes and played the game under the same email.
Request
I do understand that there is a new process.
However, please review the case and accept to waive the requirement of an invoice. The key evidence is that the game has been played under the same email/account.

Apologies but to confirm we are unable to activate games on devices or EA accounts here on the community forums. If you have an older game that has a CD and activation key you can attempt to run the CD and use the activation key to see if you are able to install the game.
