    Hey @Batas_Chris 

    Apologies but to confirm we are unable to activate games on devices or EA accounts here on the community forums. If you have an older game that has a CD and activation key you can attempt to run the CD and use the activation key to see if you are able to install the game.

    You can also try checking with our support to see what options may be available would be your best bet.

Hello @Batas_Chris,

If your talking about NFS Most Wanted 2012 then you will have to continue talking with EA support, they are the only ones with the ability to help you out.

On the other hand, if you're talking about NFS Most Wanted 2005 nothing can be done unfortunately, the EA team is not able to activate the game. This has been the case for the past 7 or more years.

Unfortunately the EA support ask me to post my issue here, so some of their managers will see it.

It sounds crazy.

In any case , i have managed to retrieve a purchase receipt, so it should be ok now.
