Please open Vanity Item Customization for special cars

I understand why we can't touch body kits & decals & paint But please open Vanity Item Customization for special cars??

Yes, please. the abandon car (with the custom wraps) allowed us to at least put vanity items on it even though the body customization was restricted. Please let us put vanity items on them
