Police get fined for running over a spike strip $200?

Since When do Police get fined for running over a spike strip dropped by a Helicopter?
Or even road blocks? $200 ... It's like charging a soldier for getting shot!

That happened to me today for the first time ever!

Fine I will go out and lay spike strips out for other units to get their wheels flattened &
taken out of the game also so you better fine them also! Make a Fine list Police that ran over Spike strips.

Another Question is Who are the Boys in 3 blue Stripes over their car and what gives them the right to Honk at you to make you move for them?
Who do they think they are? They will even move you by several means to throw their weight around. Who are they?...

Another is why do you make cars I have tagged with Pursuit Tech Vanish out of thin air right in front of me?,
You do the same with making cars appear at critical parts of a chase to take me out. I get the Racers health down to almost zero
and then you do that same * on me again. Cars Appear & Disappear a lot. Then your Band of 3 Strip thugs move in for the bust! When they were never in the chase in first place.

There is a lot of * going in this game that never happened to me as a Racer. Cars Vanishing, appearing being told to stand down when I can still see The car I was chasing.

I do then hear how the band of thugs just made an arrest and get patted on the back by dispatch. I wish you would have told units to stand down when I was a Racer.

I want a list of Police that get fined for hitting a spike strip for others also!

I can take having bounties being stolen by both Racer & Police AI BUT C'mon fining an officer for hitting a spike strip now!?... $200 ...

Well I'll go out and fill the freeway with spikes! But what the good would it do? I am sure that your other Police units
will NOT get fined and their is no way to verify this *, along with other things you do to others. Who Knows what. If this or anything like this has
happened to you please let me know.
