Poor quality and performance - Laptop HP OMEN 17-w002np

I have a HP OMEN 17-W002NP with the follow specifications: - Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ (2,6 GHz, até 3,5 GHz, 6 MB de cache, 4 núcleos) - SDRAM DDR4-2133 de 16 GB (2 x 8 GB); Taxas de transferência até 2133 MT/s - SATA 1 TB 7200 rpm; SSD 128 GB M.2 - NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 965M (GDDR5 dedicada de 4 GB) - Windows 10 Home 64 I need help to play the game with as acceptable quality and performance.
What car were you using? the problems appears with all cars.
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? Last weekend but I don't want to play more because the game should run with a minimal quality in my laptop. I bought the game to my kid and he don't want to play anymore because the quality/performance is too poor.
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With a laptop like mine where it has the recommended requirements for playing need for speed heat.
What happens when the bug occurs? The quality of the game is too poor to play the game.
What do you expect to see? play the game with medium-high quality.

    @Splopes1 

    A couple of specific steps you can try:

    Open the NVIDIA control panel, Adjust image settings with preview, select Use my preference emphasising, move the slider all the way to the left (performance), click Apply at the bottom left

    Manage 3d settings, scroll down to Power management mode, select Prefer maximum performance, click Apply again.

  • @Splopes1 I can suggest you turn every setting to low besides TAA on 1920x1080. Also use rivatuner and lock the fps to 30 with ingame vsync on. If your game is located on the 1TB Harddrive you should install defraggler and right click games installation folder defraggler > defrag. Your laptop gpu is pretty weak. And is your laptop thermal throttleing? If so I can suggest replaceing the thermal paste on the cpu and gpu.
