I am facing an issue where I installed Steam and purchased NFS Heat, but when I try to play it from Steam, it shows a message asking to send a code to an ID that is not mine. I believe my ID has been hacked because I use the same ID for both EA and Steam. When I click on the button, it shows "send code to this ID," which is incorrect.
Can you please assist me with this issue?
