Pre-load for NFS Heat will not download the files.

Pre-load will not download the NFS Heat game files, i even cleared the cache then restarted PC, not even to run Origin as admin will change that, i get exact same error on both Win7 and Win10.

It keeps trying to Verify game files when there is nothing to verify, the game is not downloaded and then i get error as screenshot attached, so strange.

So it's been an hour since availability and still nothing, zero files downloaded.

And it worries me that if the Pre-load doesn't work till game release then the final game might not load at all, i hope it's not the case for that.

    Hey guys, serious concern here, I preordered the deluxe edition yesterday within NFS payback, it charged my card $62.99 but I didnt receive any confirmation or email, Im on xbox, how can I confirm I will be getting the game I paid for?

    I also have the same problem, I have windows10, I think that has nothing to do with it, it doesn't let me do the pre-download, they tell me the same message, to check the connection
