That is very strange that it still didn't unlock.

Since we are unable to unlock this for you, worst case scenario would be to have to use the reset your journey function.

I checked around for you but I haven't seen any further examples of Prestige not unlocking. I sorry that we couldn't be of more assistance in this situation.
