Problem in Redeem code

Hello.I have a problem.In a few months ago,i had bought Need For Speed Hot Pursuit from KINGUIN and i want to put my reedem code to origin now and i can't.What can we do for it?I want to fix i,but the Reedem code is used already because,i had loose this game from my origin account.Thanks.
