Problem preolading NFS

Hi there, as the title says I have problem preloading the game. It is already 13th and I still can't preload the game (I don't have the option to do it), I have already posted a similar post on spain forum but I haven't got an answer.

Please, help.

    Hello? EA support even exist? The only way to have some help is with this forum? I can't call support number. Any suggestion? Please ☹️

     Don't feel bad... I used the EA live chat support to ask whether or not H shifting and clutch peddles would become usable... Their response was (and I'm not even kidding...) Restart your system...

    Thanks man, I'm really mad, this is unacceptable. I don't think that tomorrow I will even have my game launched :/
