Problem with veryfication VIP in NFS The Run.

Hello, i'm Andrew. I'm today bough the Need for Speed The Run at Origin platform (digital edition). When i'm trying get VIP in this game error pops up that you do not have EA games. I have NFS Rivals...

    If you are experiencing difficulties redeeming the NFS Hot Pursuit VIP reward there could be two reasons why:
     
    1. You are not using the same EA Account that you used in Hot Pursuit
    2. You have not installed the NFS The Run patch
     
    For PC player the Patch is available from Origin so I guess the patch is already installed. Now you probably did not use the same account.

    i have the same problem, and i have used the same account so there is a problem, i did contact ea and they did confirm that it was not there so mabey its down or there is actually a problem here
