Problems to downloaf Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit

Hello Community,

i have problems installing Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.
The EA support is no help after multiple tickets they always tell me they'll look into it and nothing happens.  Any problem solving steps they suggested were tried multiple times and didnt work.

When i'm tryiing to download the game i get an error as seen in the attachment.

Any help with my issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely

Sebastian
