Problems with automatic nfs mw log on pc

NEED FOR SPEED MOSTWANTED  2012: Hello, so my problem is with the game in multiplayer mode, I enter the game, walk around the map for about two minutes and alone I am removed and the auto log error appears and when I try to re-enter multiplayer, the autolog error appears Then I have to restart the game to enter multiplayer again but I have the same problem, I go online and after 2 minutes I crash or get kicked out, I don't understand, I bought some game packages that also include multiplayer but still, it didn't solve it, I already I cleared the cache of the EA application, I logged out of the account and logged back in, I UNINSTALLED THE GAME AND INSTALLED IT, I already tested communication with the server, I keep my PC always updated and the error still persists, I really wanted to play the game's multiplayer but I can't, the servers still work because I saw that people can play it, if anyone also has this problem please help me
