Proof that the police need work

    If your car can go over 160-ish you can play around with the cops, if you can top well over 200+ you are gone without much effort. Cross needs to come to town..lol

    They either need to make the lower level police harder or make the heat level rise faster.

    The police in need for speed Rivals is a pretty good comparison on good fun police VS these boring police.

    Is there some way even get roadblocks?  I'm lvl 40 and still on "breakthrough 2 roadblocks" mission.. I had to continuously ram a cop dozens of times to even get to heat level 2.   Is this completely broken?  Or is there something I'm missing?
