Yes, I got my codes directly from amazon, tried unistalling and installing the game yesterday but the problem continues, in the playstation account management you see them as active services, but on the game nothing...
I guess I can try origin support...

I didn't receive my pre-order bonus in-game after redeeming my content
When starting your game after redeeming pre-order bonus content, Need for Speed Rivals will not prompt you with any message about your unlock or redemption. However, this does not necessarily mean your content was not unlocked.
If you've redeemed your pre-order bonus content, simply check your Garage to see if the pertinent Car or other content is now available.

Of course, ive been checking my garage since i introduced the codes in my PS3 and nothing yet...now i feel i paid extra for a preorder for stuff i never got... I should have waited and get the game 20 bucks less at the black friday week.
Have you done both cop and racer tutorials? My GTR didnt turn up until they were done, I also downloaded from the psn store rather then account managment try that and see if it helps!
