PS4 controller issues and pro patch

Question

I'm having controller issues with the ps4. First off, the configuration is terrible. Why would you get rid of being able to use L1 and R1 to shift? I'm stuck using the right stick or triangle and circle its awful. You had it right in 2015 there was no reason to change it. But anyway there are other issues. When I press the right stick to turn off the engine it takes a screenshot every time, even though the screenshot is assigned to one of the dpad buttons. Then when I want to change a song I have to press the left stick, and it never changes the song. And lastly, the ps4 pro patch needs a lot of work. Textures are awful in the desert, there's screen tearing around the car when you're driving, and there's no HDR support?! Everyone knows the pro can't run true 4k, so instead of trying to do that just give us a soild like 1600p and HDR it would look so much better. Also Tyler's face turned green in the cut scene when you get the BMW to do the first house race, that was quite the sight, it only lasted a few seconds but you might want to look into that too.

I honestly thought I was the only one with this issue. I have some issues where vibration is not present.like when i hit something there is no vibration. The game on ps4 pro is really bad im even considering down grading to 1080p cause those jagged lines are really annoying.

Yea I'm really disappointed with the visuals. EA is a huge studio that can do way better. They need to take notes for the studio that made horizon zero dawn that that game is beautiful on the pro. Still having controller issues too even with patch 1.03 its not even enjoyable to play. I HATE having to use the right joystick to shift it's so awkward and I still can't change songs or shut off the engine without taking a pic.

Thank god for this post, i thought i was the only one. I play on OLED55C7V and PS4 Pro. The game looks like absolute dogshit and i feel like i'm playing a PS3 game. Loads of texture pop-up, no or bad anti aliasing, foliage is flickering, shadows are flickering, screen tearing and so on. I honestly never seen such a ugly triple A game and definitely the worst looking title i ever played on my PS4 Pro. This game needs a graphical patch asap cause it is ruining the experience for me.

Been playing on ps pro and i am very disapointed with the visuals for this game the anti aliasing is terrible lots of the textures in the world are very low quality jagged lines on everything ( except most the cars good job by the way cars do look amazing ) but those jagged lines on the road, buildings, cars very distracting, lots of flickering too also the texture poping is a joke i would settle with a lower resolution if you could smooth out the game and just make it look cleaner all around other than that the cars are brilliant and the customisation is fantasic gameplay is on point too just the visuals are the pinacle of a game now days, and payback visuals are all over the place im a huge fan of nfs over the years and i really want to love this game because i belive it has re playability factor just sort the visuals thank you

Can we get a respond from EA? This is absolutely not acceptable. I pay for PS4 Pro and the newest OLED 4K HDR tv and what do i get? A game that looks like a PS3 game. It is so horribly optimized. Do something about this EA!
