NFS Heat stuttering on Arc graphics

I recently re downloaded NFS Heat to re play it.Everything was running well over 100 fps in the garage and in the menu.However when driving out in on the road I experience stutters as the game loads textures? or something related to graphics 

These are the parts in my PC 

CPU:Ryzen 5800x 

GPU:Arc B580

RAM: 32GB

1TB SSD 

Mobo:Aorus elite b550
