How weird. I've never had the issues you're referring to on the game, and I even have a PS4. Even though it's only a standard one.
I might have a few steps you can take if this helps
- Reinstall the game
- Perform a rebuild database action on your PS4. I've encountered an issue on my games in the past like what you're referring to, and after rebuilding my database it seems to have fixed the issue.
- If you have a physical copy of the game; take it back and exchange it for another one. I know that sometimes the coding on a game can get jacked up in the manufacturing process of the disc.
- Free up some storage space on your console. I've noticed that on the PS4 if you have most of the storage space taken up on the hard drive that it will perform poorly. You can blame Sony for that.

thank you for taking your time writing a troubleshooting guide which I have already done 5 times. And it did not the solve the issues.
I don’t know it was clear to you or read my post correctly, I pre-ordered NFS Heat digital version.im not sure if you were aware of hot topic thread where other PS4 users reported the same issues on technical issues thread 2 weeks ago.
as if 21/11/19 I do no longer own PS4 pro any more, even though they released 1.4 update, so my refund procedure still active and writing for Sony account management team to reply.
